  3. 2 lbs . large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  4. 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  5. 1/4 cup chopped shallots or eco-friendly onions
  6. 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  7. 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  8. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  9. Floor black pepper, to style
  10. 2 tablespoons brandy or sherry, optional
  11. 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
