The Challenge of Getting on the Podium at the CrossFit Games

Jamie Simmonds, 2019, the 3rd Fittest Female on Earth, is an international CrossFit Games champion and ambassador for plant-dependent diet corporation Nuzest.

Previously a gymnast and rugby participant, Jamie produced her name in the CrossFit competitiveness scene in 2016 when she grew to become a podium finisher with staff CrossFit Yas.
