Vegetable lasagna roll-ups

Tip: This meatless get on lasagna is packed with bold flavors. Use further pesto on sandwiches or pasta salad.
- Increase 1 cup new basil leaves.
- Increase 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds.
- Increase 1/4 cup new Parmesan cheese.
- Increase 3 cloves garlic.
- Increase 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
- Process till perfectly-blended.
- Increase 1 cup minimized-unwanted fat mayonnaise.
- Boil water in significant pot.
- Increase 6 whole-wheat lasagna noodles.
- Cook for 12 minutes.
- Increase 1 teaspoon olive oil.
- Increase 3/4 cup chopped mushrooms.
- Increase 3/4 cup chopped onions.
- Increase 1 tablespoon chopped new garlic.
- Saute for 3 minutes.
- Increase 1/4 cup Burgundy wine.
- Cook till just about all wine has minimized down.
- Increase 1 cup chopped zucchini.
- Increase 3/4 cup chopped beefsteak tomatoes.
- Saute for 3 to five minutes.
- Increase 1/2 cup component-skim ricotta cheese.
- Increase 1/4 cup shredded component-skim mozzarella cheese.
- Position 1/2 cup vegetable mixture.
- Roll up.
- Top with 1/4 cup basil pesto mayo.
- Protect with kitchen parchment and foil.
- Bake for twenty five minutes at 350 F.
- Sprinkle another 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup chopped purple bell pepper.
- Bake 3 far more minutes.
